Zak Harris has worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and has been professionally bartending for 7 years. He started out working in hotels and quickly rose to management. Realizing he wanted something different he transitioned into working as a server part time at a country club, while he managed the hotel. After just a few months in the restaurant industry, Zak fell in love with bartending, The country club offered bartending classes and he quickly jumped at the opportunity. After working for a couple years serving, bar backing, and bartending for friends at home; Zak's dad unfortunately passed. Zak took a step a way from the restaurant industry, but he wouldn't be gone for long. After just a few months he realized that his father was his initial inspiration to create things in the kitchen and behind the bar, He quickly secured a job as a bartender at an upscale sports bar. This is where Zak would truly fall in love with bartending and hone his craft, Building rapport with customers and seeing them come back to enjoy another one of his concoctions brought a joy like no other. Wanting to be closer to family, Zak decided to move back to his hometown of Chino, California. He got a job as a server at a local gastropub and quickly got promoted to bar manager, There he learned an extraordinary amount about Belgian beers, as well as what craft cocktails truly were. Using local ingredients, new techniques, and premium liqueurs Zak created a menu of delicious and unique cocktails. During his time there he got the opportunity to be apart of opening a new restaurant and designing the bar himself. He created the layout, the systems, as well as trained all the new incoming staff. After making sure the restaurant was maintaining profits, Zak decided he wanted to do something bigger and so he created EZ Bartending LLC. He is looking forward to using all his knowledge and expertise to create your very own bar space or throw the best event possible.
